Eurocentrum Office Complex is a green, user-friendly and eco-friendly building, which obtained American LEED CS precertification on the highest PLATINIUM level. (The Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design).
Obtaining such certificate requires substantial involvement during both designing process and the construction, as well as during implementation of numerous strict requirements and specific guidelines. We consider this honourable mention immensely significant, since there are only 20 building projects in Poland, which were certified in LEED Core and Shell system on a platinum level. Moreover, Eurocentrum is the biggest certified building in Warsaw.
